Filters

Filters allow recalculating whole Canban only for one particular cell. It is possible to add some filters simultaneously for some cells.
 
Click "Filters" butoom.
 
 
 
A window for setting filters, ratios, plans, views will open.
Click the first Filters tab.
 
1) The list of  saved filters is in the left window with the ability to add or remove a new filter, rename or clear the saved filter:
Add buttom - Add the New Filter
Delete buttom - Delete selected Filter
Clear buttom - clear selected Filter
Rename buttom - remane selected filter
 
 
2) the settings field for a specific filter is in the right window.
It contains the following columns:
- Parateters - a list of all parameters in the original table;
- Segments - a list of all segments that each parameters in the table contains;
- Condition - field for setting conditions for numerical parameters;
- Value - the field to which the Condition applie;
- Period - the period settings field for the filter for the Dates parameters;
- Include empty - check the box if you want to include empty fields in the filter;
- Exclude - check the box if you want to exclude the indicated segments with the selected condition;
 
Set the filter for Milk:
Open Filters tab. (1)
Click "Add" button (2)
Rename "New filter" to "Only milk" (3)
Click  "Ok" (4)
 
 
 
1) click on the empty field in the "Segments" column;
2) highlight the "Milk"
3) click "Apply"
4) cli ck "Ok"
 
Select Filter "Only milk" (1-2):
 
 
Canban shows information only for Milk. This is why Period -> “All” and Product -> “Milk” cells show the same values. Only “Milk” stays in “Product” parameter.
