Creation of ratios to calculate the dynamics of the execution of Plans based on the remaining working days
Important: These ratios only apply to reports that use working hours and duration. (Deals, Leads, etc.)
To calculate the execution of plans based on the count of working days in the current month, it is necessary to use several constants that will calculate the following ratios:
- the total count of working days in the current month, called a constant - -101,
The current month is considered here not customizable from the program menu, but the one in which the report was opened.
- the count of working days that have already passed in the current month is called by a constant - -102,
- the share of the count of elapsed working days among the total count of working days in the current month, called the constant - -103.

Description of indicators for the "Trades" report:
Monthly plan - the count of deals that must be created by the Responsible person during the current month.
Created deals - the actual count of deals created in the current month
Actual percentage of the plan - the percentage of completion of the plan for now (the moment the report is opened)
Implementation of the plan by the end of the month - a forecast of the count of deals that will be created by the Responsible during the current month, taking into account the current execution of the plan.
After entering the ratios, it is necessary to change the Period to the current month.
