Current status
For a cut of stages, it will show how many deals are currently at this stage right now.
Hanging month+
How many deals are now at this stage for more than 30 days. To cut through the stages, here you can study at which stages hang-ups occur more often. For the cut of the responsible, we analyze which of the responsible has more or less suspended deals. Double click to go to specific deals - to the list in “Data” and then “fall through” into CRM deals.
Hanging week+
For a cut of stages, it will show how many deals are now at this stage for more than 7 days
Share of hanging month+
What percentage of deals are frozen for more than a month. For example, if the “KP” stage or employee Ivanov has this ratios of 50%, it means that among all deals that entered this stage during the specified period, 50% have been at this stage for more than a month.
Transitions, last 7 days
How many stages were changed in 7 days. A very useful ratio for understanding HOT deals. For example, a client could apply six months ago, while yesterday he made a request for a quote and this changed the stage. As a result, if you look at deal “by date of creation”, then this client is very old, you might think that he has already been lost, but in fact he is hotter, hotter than a client who applied a month ago and never wrote again. It is convenient to define such really hot clients in this filter, or in the next one. 7 days, or 30 days - this can be reconfigured in the filters. For example, you can designate yourself as hot only clients with deals by status for the last 2 days.
