How to find out which manager is more delayed at a certain stage?
1. Turn on the function "Conversion" (in previous version - "bars" on the amount and share.
2. Click on the column "Status" in the cell "In Progress":
3. At this moment, a green-gray diagram will be shown under each cell in the “Responsible” column with a fraction of the time and a percentage of the total time of its stages for this cell. For example: as shown in the screenshot above, “Responsible person 2” has 62% of its time at the stage in work, and we can clearly see that other employees take much less time at this stage.
