Press the "Filter" button in the main menu of the program:
Select the "Ratios" tab
Click the "Add" button New ratio
Rename New Ratio to Duration and to Percentage of completion
Set up the ratios according to the screenshot.
To see the ratios that turned out as a result, you need:
(1) Select the "Ratio" tab
(2) Select the "Responsible" section
(3) Set the required period (if the plan is for a month, then the required month, if the plan is for a different period: year, half a year, quarter, set this particular period)
(4) Clean the "No filter" filter or put on the correct filter
