When the column of the Kanban is selected the special moving splitter is appeared in the bottom of the column. It allows adding or removing cells to / from the “Others” category:
«-1»: if you press “-1” button the last category which has the least weight from the shown cells (“Loaf” cell in the example above) will be packed to “Others” category:
If we click on -1 again, the next lower by weight cell will be removed to Others (“Baguette” in the example).
«-10»: 10 lower categories will be packed to Others.
«+1» and «+10» - do the reverse actions, they allow to “extract” cells from “Others”. Default button show the cells upon the parameters which set in Settings -> Common.
! Convenient trick: Put cells into “Others” and take them from there by dragging the splitter up and down. The changes affect both the grid and the chart:
Important! This separator puts into “Others” only the cells which are not marked with sign in “Others” settings dialog. Click triple dot “…” on the separator to show the “Others” settings:

Three types of signs allowed here for each cell:
- this category is not shown by itself and included into “Others” cell.
- the category is shown in its own cell
- the category is always visible and never put into “Others cell
