Setting up time keeping of Lead status in Bitrix24
Since in CRM Bitrix24 in the database storage system, there is no information about the time of changing the transition to another stage of the funnel, we need to make a number of settings so that the system stores this data in its database.
To do this, do the following:
1.Download the file lead_bp_v5.bpt here. Unzip the file.
2. Go to your portal section. /crm/configs/bp/CRM_LEAD/edit/0/
Enter the name of the business process, check 2 checkboxes and click “Save”.
3. Click “Import”.
Confirm that we want to make changes with the “OK” button.
In the window that appears, select the file that you downloaded earlier and click “Import”.
If everything went well, then you will see the structure of the BP.
Click the “Save” button.
If you get an error, try performing steps 2-4 again.
4. Then go to the lead creation page. /crm/lead/details/0/
and look for the fields “NEONEURO_STATUS_LOG” and “NEONEURO_STATUS_OLD” in the form (in no case do not rename them!).

5. Then you need to change the lead status and reload the page. You should see that the information appeared in these fields.
