The main thing - the head does not need to be distracted by questions that do not require his reaction.
 
If a manager spends a minimum of resources on analyzing a situation and has an electronic advisor on management decisions, then he can focus on the most effective management actions.
 
The principle of ABC analysis: the program focuses only on the categories that give the main results (> 2.5% - the exact figure is set up), the program examines the responsible persons, regardless of the percentage of each contribution, since working with subordinates is essential for the manager.
 
Open in the program the table necessary for the analysis, report in Bitrix24 or AMOCRM:

The column "Reliability" is the degree of confidence in the information, depending on the number of cases in this segment, is considered for a longer period:
> 100 - very high
From 20 to 100 - high
From 9 to 19 - average
4 to 8 - low
Less than 4 - very low
A strong change (for example, it was 100, it became 1) means a restructuring hypothesis, for example, a
new product introduced to the market, old product was removed from sales, a new employee was taken or the emloyee went on vacation or left.
For each range, the quantity can be customized.

It is calculated based on the share of the category in the total amount.

Bold: offered for immediate execution.
Without selection: it makes sense to compare with longer periods or wait to collect more statistics to go to high reliability
Empty places: there are too few statistical data to draw conclusions.
 
Note: Management tips are automated tips that do not take into account information that is not in the data and that may actually occur. For example, a fall on a specific product or site could be due to a decrease in advertising in this area, therefore - no reprimand is required here. It is planned that the manager can mark such places with “ignore” marks - so that in future they will not appear in the statistics.
 
 
Additional columns - amounts or shares in the current and base period, averages, etc. - can be added to the report.
