How to find the Deal stages for each responsible
Open the "Cross table".
Select the parameters:
- Rows "Responsible";
- Columns "Deal stage";
- Ratios "Count".
Change the ratios "Count" to "Sum" in the field “Ratios”.
See the same data in the one table.
Go to the Kanban tab.
Set up calculated ratios in the menu as here for each "Deal stage" in count, share and other ratio.
Go to the Ratios tab.
See the table with customized ratios:
Copy the table into Excel as here .
Status “Deal lost” are only in Responsible 1 (1 pcs., 3.2 K$ or 25% of all deals Responsible 1. or 4.2% of all Deals).
Status “Deal won” are only with Responsible 2 (2 pieces 142K$. or 12.5% of all deal of Responsible 2).
